Refund policy
Your purchase is eligible for return if it meets the following conditions
1.Incorrect product delivered
2.Any quality or manufacturing defect
All products are handmade making each piece unique. Due to this process a slight variation may occur which is not regarded as a manufacturing defect.
If ur purchase meets the return criteria you can fill the return form at our website within 48 hours of delivery.
We unfortunately will not be able to entertain returns if 48 hours window is closed. If return is meeting our criteria we will dispatch replaced product within 7 working days after the product is received Subject to availability. If the same product is out of stock we will offer you similar products or u can add the amount in wallet for making any further purchase later or refund the amount within 14 working days. The refund will be initiated for only products those were delivered damaged.
All return or exchange courier charges to be borne by the customer.
For glassware, please note products are only eligible for return or refund if received broken/damaged
